"As an owner of a VidaBox LUX since 2007, I had no trouble using my system. If you have ever used a computer before, it's easy. The supplied manuals gave easy steps to hook up and start using right away. The only learning curve was the remote - but it was still easy to learn, and the on-screen help was informative whenever it appeared.

During the entire time, the only regret I had was not having an HDMI connection on the system (my system is quite old), and the only other issue is when I have had was the loss of my tuners during the NTSC/ATSC transition & operating system update around 2009.

However - every time I had a problem and asked VidaBox about it, someone always answered me quickly with a solution. Their support was able to give me choices on upgrading my system to HDMI, and the solution we picked works very well! The difficult problem was the tuner problem. Once again, a solution was offered - we reloaded some software, and it was fixed! VidaBox made it possible - and everything is working great!

Since my system is old, I will replace it with one of your newer products when the time is right!
I know you have HDMI, BluRay, and many other great features now. Thank you!"
