With its small, miniature form factor, the RoomClient is the economic choice for a media extender for areas tight on spaces, such as kitchens, dorms, or guest rooms. Stream audio & video content and play it all back in perfect digital Dolby Digital & DTS quality, along with support for up to 1080p playback upscaling. Connect your VidaBox and extenders via CAT5/CAT6 to a common router/switch - you're good to go! No complicated configuration, no confusing setups, just Plug-n-Play!

VidaBox media centers and their extenders, when purchased as a set, are preconfigured at the factory for easy installation. Video, audio, and all interactive content is streamed through a home's CAT-5 LAN network.

Each VidaBox has a choice of DVI, Component, HDMI*, or VGA* for HD video playback, and optical or coaxial connections for audio playback, with up to 7.1 Dolby Digital or DTS surround sound via SPDIF. Optional, native HDMI outputs with audio are available.

For true audiophiles, VidaBox systems can also be upgraded with an optional HD sound card to play back Dolby Digital HD and DTS HD with pre-outs giving a SNR of 120+.

Each VidaBox also needs a connection with the remote & keyboard receivers, both of which can be provided via USB cables (or with CAT5 extension for long distances). [Back to top]

Simply connect each VidaBox system with ethernet cables to a common router or switch, and you're done! With dual Gigabit LAN ports, each server can service up to 10 additional extenders, with each additional zone playing its own movies, music, TV shows, or pictures!
